Description
I can't find any tutorial related to this trick so I decided to make one. This is my first tut so I hope you all can understand.
The original artwork I used for this tut is here--> [link]
*edit* Alternately, you can also do this effect by using this command as well. Merge all layer of you character(without background), then go to selection -> select all, then layer -> transform -> enter(keyboard), and finally selection -> increment(repeatedly, until you're satisfied with the thickness of the stroke) and then you create a new layer underneath to fill the stroke colour.
